While entering; exiting; standing; walking; sitting; talking; cheering; dancing; interacting; participating; eating or drinking; appearing in crowds; appearing behind talent; appearing near sponsors; appearing in wide shots; or appearing incidentally.

Rights

Your attendance is conditioned on acknowledgment of this Notice and acceptance of the Media/Appearance Release and Event Attendance Agreement where required for credentials.

Personal Devices

Personal, non-commercial photos/videos may be allowed when they do not interfere with production or violate staff/venue instructions. Professional filming and commercial redistribution are prohibited without written authorization.
