VIP Attendance Agreement

1. VIP Requests Are Not Tickets

Submitting a VIP request does not guarantee admission or a credential. Approval, quantity, and fulfillment are discretionary and subject to capacity, security, and programming needs.

2. Incorporation

This VIP Attendance Agreement incorporates the Event Attendance Agreement, Media/Appearance Release, Venue Filming Notice, Website Terms, and Privacy Policy acknowledgment. You must accept the required document versions before a VIP request is complete and before credentials are issued upon approval.

3. Enhanced Access; Conduct

VIP experiences may include preferential entry, hospitality, or proximity to production areas. Enhanced access increases the likelihood of being filmed. You agree not to interfere with production, talent, or sponsors, and to follow all staff and security directions.

4. Guest Parties

If you request multiple admissions, you are responsible for communicating applicable rules to your guests. Guests may be required to accept legal documents and present ID.

5. Application Information

Information you submit (company, role, participation interest, etc.) must be accurate. Misrepresentation may result in denial or revocation.

6. Participation Interest

Expressing interest in on-camera or stage participation does not create a talent engagement. Featured participation requires the Featured Participant Release and any separate talent terms.

7. Liability

PENNSYLVANIA COUNSEL REVIEW REQUIRED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

8. Acceptance

Electronic acceptance (checkbox) with recorded version/hash constitutes your agreement.
