1. Scope

These Digital Avira Immersive Experience Terms apply to Digital Avira / spatial / 3D experiences and other interactive digital environments offered under Philadelphia Is Love, in addition to the Website Terms and Privacy Policy. Digital Avira is an interactive spatial/social experience and may involve avatars; real-time users; voice; text; live content; virtual spaces; third-party services; interactive environments; other users; virtual goods; events; live performers; user conduct; recording; and moderation.

Status: Draft pending licensed counsel approval before production publication of paid immersive access.

2. Accounts, Keyra and Identity

Access may require an account, entitlement, ticket linkage and identity verification secured by Keyra (authentication, account verification and entitlement verification as implemented). Do not impersonate others.

Verified account identity is distinct from public avatar identity. Users may use an avatar/pseudonymous presentation where permitted while the platform may maintain verified account credentials for security, entitlement and compliance. Verified personal identity is not exposed publicly without a lawful basis and appropriate authorization.

Virtual attendance is not a physical credential unless expressly stated.

3. Age and Eligibility

Age-aware architecture applies. COPPA may apply to services directed to children under 13 and to general-audience services where the operator has actual knowledge of collecting personal information from a child under 13. Do not rely on a generic "you must be 13" statement as the entire compliance program.

If Digital Avira does not permit under-13 users, an age-restriction workflow approved by counsel will apply. Heightened teen safety defaults may include restrictive communication settings, reporting, blocking, muting, purchase protections and restricted mature environments where required or appropriate.

Youth Lab participation is a separate educational/production relationship and does not automatically authorize unrestricted Digital Avira participation.

4. Avatars and Conduct

Avatar creation, names and presentation must not involve impersonation, deceptive identity, offensive content, trademark misuse, copyrighted characters, celebrity impersonation, sexually explicit presentation, hate imagery, harassment, prohibited symbols where applicable, or unauthorized commercial promotion. Users must not imply endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.

5. Community Standards

Prohibit threats; harassment; stalking; bullying; hate-based abuse; sexual harassment; exploitation of minors; grooming; doxxing; unauthorized personal information; impersonation; scams; fraud; malware; unlawful activity; unauthorized commercial solicitation; disruptive behavior; infringement; and other dangerous content where legally appropriate.

Immersive harassment expressly includes unwanted avatar proximity; simulated touching; following another avatar; surrounding another user; blocking movement; repeated unwanted gestures; sexual gestures; unwanted voice interaction; and spatial intimidation.

Where supported, use Mute, Block, Personal Space, Report and Leave.

6. Voice and Communications

Immersive environments may involve live voice. Disclosures will describe whether voice is transmitted, stored, moderated, transcribed or analyzed by AI — only as technically verified. Do not use Digital Avira to contact emergency services; contact appropriate local emergency authorities.

7. Recording & Publicity

Public virtual events may be recorded; avatars, usernames, chat or voice may appear in recordings, screenshots or promotional footage subject to applicable notices and law. Distinguish public event participation, audience recording, user-generated recordings, commercial/promotional use and protected personal data. Unlimited publicity releases are not used where narrower consent is legally required.

User screenshotting, streaming or rebroadcasting may be restricted to protect copyrighted performances, music, confidential areas, backstage environments, other users' privacy and sponsor materials.

8. Content, UGC and Music

User-generated digital content is licensed under the Website Terms UGC license narrowly sufficient to operate, display, moderate and promote the service as legally appropriate. Users warrant they possess necessary rights. Do not upload infringing or unlawful content.

Access to a performance does not transfer copyright, synchronization, mechanical, master, performance or rebroadcast rights. Users receive only the limited access license expressly provided.

9. Virtual Passes, Tickets, Goods and Rewards

Before purchase, material commercial terms will display: price; taxes where applicable; access period; entitlement; technical requirements; cancellation/refund policy; event cancellation treatment; geographic and age restrictions; transferability; and whether resale is permitted.

Single-episode and season passes define episode/date/access window, replay rights, device restrictions, refund/rescheduling circumstances and material schedule changes. Permanent access is not promised unless expressly offered.

Virtual goods (if introduced) are licenses/revocable entitlements as defined at purchase — not ownership beyond what the system provides. Rewards define eligibility, earning criteria, expiration, transferability and account-termination effects. Chance-based reward systems require separate legal review.

Virtual commerce discloses seller identity, price, currency, taxes, shipping where physical, refunds, fulfillment, merchant-of-record status and processor relationships. Distinguish Philadelphia Is Love, Sansar, sellers and payment processors.

10. Sponsored Environments

Editorial content is distinct from sponsored experience. Use disclosures such as SPONSORED or PRESENTED BY where legally/advertising-wise appropriate. Do not disguise advertising as neutral editorial content.

11. Third-Party Platforms — Sansar

Entering Sansar may subject users to additional Sansar terms, privacy practices, hardware requirements, account requirements and community rules. Philadelphia Is Love does not control Sansar's entire platform.

12. No Sports Broadcast

Digital experiences do not include rights to professional football broadcasts or game footage.

13. Moderation and Safety

We may warn, mute, remove content, remove a user from an environment, suspend, restrict, terminate, preserve evidence where legally appropriate, and cooperate with lawful requests. Continuous monitoring of all content is not promised unless actually true.

Digital Avira is not an emergency communications service.

14. Acceptance and Versioning

Signed-in use of gated digital experiences may require affirmative clickwrap acceptance of the current Digital Experience Terms version (and related documents). Acceptance records may store user ID, Keyra reference, agreement ID/version, timestamp, jurisdiction determination, device/browser and session ID where legally appropriate. Optional marketing consent is not bundled into mandatory Terms acceptance.

Document versions include document ID, version number, effective date and publication date.

15. Liability
