1. Featured Capacity

You agree to appear as a featured participant, which may include interview, individual photography, stage appearance, on-camera feature, performance, testimony, or branded content incorporation.

2. Grant of Rights

You grant the rights described in the Media/Appearance Release, and additionally consent to identification by name and biographical information you provide, and to reasonable promotional use of your featured appearance.

3. Editorial Control

Philadelphia Is Love Parties retain editorial control of the program. You have no approval right over final cut unless a separate written agreement grants one.

4. No Employment

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, featured participation does not create employment, agency, or entitlement to compensation, residuals, or backend participation.

5. Conduct; Safety

Follow production instructions; do not interfere with other guests or technical operations.

6. Talent Distinction

If you are engaged as professional talent (host, DJ, musician, actor, influencer under deal memo), the Performer/Talent Framework / separate agreement controls compensation and exclusivity.

7. Counsel Review
