Supporting statement: Philadelphia Is Love is an intellectual-property, media, cultural, live-event and digital-experience asset owned by Ciright, Inc., subject to applicable third-party rights and licenses.

1. Ownership of Philadelphia Is Love

Philadelphia Is Love, including the program concept, brand, associated intellectual property, digital properties, production assets and related rights owned or controlled by the program, is an asset of Ciright, Inc., except for third-party materials, trademarks, music, performances, footage, technology, venues, likenesses or other content used pursuant to license, authorization, agreement or applicable law.

Except where expressly identified otherwise, Ciright, Inc. owns or controls proprietary Philadelphia Is Love assets associated with the program, which may include (without limitation and only where owned or controlled by Ciright): program concept; program format; show structure; segment architecture; branding; logos; names; slogans; graphics; show packaging; broadcast graphics; original artwork and illustrations; production design; original photography, video and audio; interviews; original editorial material; websites and application interfaces; protectable databases; software owned by Ciright; production documentation; promotional and marketing materials; digital, immersive and spatial experiences; virtual environments owned or controlled by Ciright; original 3D assets; show recordings, clips, compilations and archives; protectable metadata; and other proprietary materials created for the program.

Ciright owns Philadelphia Is Love and its applicable proprietary assets — not everything that appears within Philadelphia Is Love.

2. Copyright

Original Philadelphia Is Love content owned by Ciright is protected by applicable United States and international copyright laws. Covered categories may include audiovisual works; photographs; illustrations; graphics; written material; web content; show packaging; recordings; animations; 3D environments; original software; compilations; and original production materials.

Accessing, watching or interacting with Philadelphia Is Love does not transfer ownership rights to the user.

3. Trademarks and Brand Identity

Names, logos, marks, trade dress, program identifiers and related branding owned or controlled by Ciright may not be used in a manner suggesting endorsement, affiliation, sponsorship, partnership, authorization or official status without appropriate written authorization.

Not every phrase on the Site is necessarily a registered trademark. Distinguish registered marks, unregistered marks, proprietary branding and third-party marks.

4. Program and Production Rights

Protectable expression, materials and proprietary production assets associated with Philadelphia Is Love remain owned or controlled by Ciright, Inc. or their applicable licensors. Where legally protectable or contractually controlled, these may include episode structures; recurring segment identities; graphic packages; production materials; show artwork; original scripts; interview materials; production recordings; promotional materials; digital extensions; and original interactive experiences.

5. Broadcast, Streaming & Distribution Rights

Philadelphia Is Love may be distributed through live broadcast; television; streaming; websites; mobile applications; social platforms; syndication; on-demand services; digital channels; immersive and spatial environments; virtual environments; and authorized third-party platforms.

Rights to access content do not automatically create rights to rebroadcast, restream, simulcast, retransmit, commercially exhibit, redistribute, sublicense or reproduce. Any such rights must arise through appropriate authorization or applicable law.

6. Live Events

Attendance at Philadelphia Is Love events may be subject to separate ticket terms, venue rules, photography and recording policies, releases, waivers, security requirements, age requirements and credentialing requirements. This notice works together with applicable Terms of Use and event-specific conditions.

7. Participants and Appearances

Appearances by hosts, guests, artists, audience members, participants, crew and interviewees are governed by applicable agreements, releases, licenses, event terms and law. Ciright's rights to use recorded appearances arise from those appropriate legal bases. Ciright does not claim ownership of people's identities merely because they appear in programming.

8. Music & Artist Rights

Philadelphia Is Love does not claim ownership of third-party compositions or sound recordings merely because music appears in programming. Music may be owned by artists, publishers, labels; controlled by performing-rights organizations; independently licensed; commissioned; or owned by Ciright where specifically created and assigned. All music usage remains subject to applicable rights and licenses.

Where applicable, Ciright may own or control the program recording or production materials while artists, songwriters, publishers, labels or other parties retain applicable underlying rights.

9. Third-Party Intellectual Property

Third-party names, trademarks, logos, music, artwork, footage, photographs, technologies, venues, products and other materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not transfer ownership to Ciright. Use may occur through license, permission, contractual relationship, nominative reference, editorial use or other legally permitted use.

10. Professional Sports

Philadelphia Is Love is an independently produced Cultural Pregame Show and cultural entertainment program. Football may provide a calendar moment; Philadelphia provides the content. Digital access to Philadelphia Is Love programming is not access to any professional football broadcast.

Philadelphia Is Love is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League (NFL), the Philadelphia Eagles, the Washington Commanders, any opposing team, or any other professional football club or league unless expressly agreed in writing.

References to teams, leagues, games, schedules, scores, athletes or sporting events do not by themselves imply sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement or authorization.

Philadelphia Is Love does not claim ownership of NFL or club trademarks, logos or trade dress; league or club broadcasts; professional game footage; official league statistics products beyond ordinary fair-reference calendar context; or sponsorship rights belonging to third parties.

Authenticated professional-sports viewing, if ever offered, remains subject to required league, team, broadcaster, streaming, territorial, blackout, commercial exhibition, public-performance, authentication and distribution agreements. Do not assume Philadelphia Is Love owns, redistributes, or is authorized to redistribute professional game footage unless rights have been expressly acquired and disclosed.

11. Digital Avira & Immersive Experiences

Philadelphia Is Love extends into immersive and spatial experiences. Proprietary assets created specifically for these environments may include virtual environments; 3D models; digital architecture; textures; interactive experiences; virtual production assets; spatial layouts; animations; branded environments; original avatar accessories; virtual merchandise; and digital event experiences. Ownership remains with Ciright or the applicable creator/licensor according to the governing agreement.

12. Sansar / Platform Rights

Philadelphia Is Love and its proprietary program assets are owned or controlled by Ciright, Inc. The underlying Sansar platform, technology and separately identified third-party assets remain subject to their respective ownership and licensing arrangements.

Program IP and platform IP are distinct.

13. Ciright Technology

Certain technology supporting Philadelphia Is Love may constitute separate proprietary technology of Ciright, Inc. and is not transferred, assigned or licensed except as expressly provided. Underlying Ciright systems used across multiple applications are not exclusively Philadelphia Is Love assets merely because they support this program.

14. User-Generated Content

If users submit comments, photographs, videos, suggestions, messages, artwork, stories, nominations or other materials, Ciright does not automatically become the owner unless Terms specifically establish an enforceable assignment. Prefer the carefully drafted license structure in the Website Terms of Use.

15. No Implied License

Accessing Philadelphia Is Love does not grant an implied right to commercially exploit branding, audiovisual content, software, graphics, images, show recordings, 3D assets or program materials. Any permissions expressly granted elsewhere remain governed by their applicable terms.

16. Commercial Use Restrictions

Subject to applicable law and explicit licenses, unauthorized rebroadcasting, commercial redistribution, resale, sublicensing, merchandising, false endorsement, impersonation and unauthorized commercial reproduction are prohibited. This notice does not purport to prohibit activities that applicable law affirmatively permits.

17. AI, Automated Use & Digital Replicas

Except where permitted by law or authorized in writing, proprietary Philadelphia Is Love materials may not be systematically harvested or commercially exploited for unauthorized dataset creation; commercial model training; synthetic reproduction of protected creative assets; unauthorized digital replicas of identifiable participants; or automated commercial content generation using protected program assets.

Ciright does not claim ownership over an individual's identity. Unauthorized use of Philadelphia Is Love-owned recordings/assets to create commercial digital replicas may be prohibited where Ciright possesses the applicable rights and the prohibition is enforceable. Participant rights remain governed separately. AI/data-mining exceptions vary by jurisdiction — counsel review required for jurisdiction-specific deployment.

18. Photography & Recording

Professional/commercial recording at physical Philadelphia Is Love productions may require authorization. Personal recording rules are governed by event terms, ticket conditions, venue policies, artist requirements and production rules.

19. Press & Editorial Use

Journalists and media organizations may request approved photography, press materials, logos, clips, fact sheets and interview materials through published support channels on PhiladelphiaIsLove.com (Media & Rights Inquiries).

20. Licensing Philadelphia Is Love

Appropriate rights may potentially be licensed for broadcast, distribution, sponsorship, commercial partnerships, authorized merchandise, educational use, media, immersive experiences and international distribution. 21. Copyright Complaints

Report alleged infringement via published support channels on PhiladelphiaIsLove.com. For U.S. copyright matters, Ciright will evaluate whether to designate and maintain a DMCA agent and corresponding notice procedure. Do not invent agent details; only verified legal contact information will be published.

22. International Rights

Philadelphia Is Love may be accessed internationally. Intellectual-property protection may arise under U.S. law, applicable foreign law, international treaties and contractual agreements. Identical rights are not claimed in every jurisdiction.
