Adult Event Attendance Terms do not automatically govern minors. Youth Lab and youth participation require specialized documentation.

Required Elements (Counsel to Finalize)

  • Parent/guardian identity verification
  • Minor identity and age
  • Description of activity (Youth Lab / community program)
  • Privacy and data minimization for youth
  • Photography/media release specific to minors (opt-in granularity as counsel requires)
  • Safeguarding / supervision acknowledgments
  • Emergency contact and medical disclosure (limited; not blanket medical waiver)
  • Ability to withdraw where appropriate
  • Retention and access restrictions (sponsors do not receive unrestricted youth data)

Implementation Status

Application tables and guardian portal workflows may be phased. Until implemented, do not collect youth applications except through counsel-approved processes.
