1. Release

For good and valuable consideration (including admission and participation in the program experience), you grant Philadelphia Is Love Parties permission to capture and use your image, likeness, appearance, photograph, video image, silhouette, voice, statements, interview content (if any), audience reactions, gestures, voluntary participation, and voluntarily supplied biographical information in connection with Philadelphia Is Love.

2. Authorized Uses

Where legally appropriate, you authorize: capture; recording; reproduction; editing; cropping; adaptation; synchronization; captioning; subtitling; translation; dubbing; compilation; incorporation; exhibition; publication; broadcast; rebroadcast; livestreaming; transmission; retransmission; distribution; public display; public performance; promotion; advertising; and archival use.

3. Channels

Authorized channels may include websites; television; cable; satellite; streaming; OTT; mobile; applications; social media; digital advertising; online video; press; trailers; promotional clips; highlight reels; documentaries; archival productions; digital signage; event screens; out-of-home displays; and future media technologies. 4. Editorial Rights

Reasonable rights to edit, crop, resize, caption, subtitle, dub, combine, excerpt, sequence, synchronize, reproduce and adapt for technical formats are included. This does not authorize defamatory, misleading, or otherwise unlawful manipulation.

5. No Automatic Compensation

Incidental or audience appearance does not entitle you to fees, royalties, residuals, license fees, revenue participation, accounting, or approval rights, except under a separate written talent or featured-participant agreement.

6. Featured Participants

If you are intentionally interviewed, staged, or featured, an additional Featured Participant / Interview Release may be required.

7. Minors

Minor likeness requires Youth/Guardian documentation. This adult release does not substitute for guardian consent.

8. Revocation

Because productions are edited and distributed, revocation of consent for already-captured incidental footage may be limited as permitted by law. Contact Ciright, Inc. for concerns; takedown of identifiable featured use may be considered where legally required or operationally feasible.

9. Counsel Review
