Event Attendance Agreement

1. Agreement
This Event Attendance Agreement ("Agreement") applies when you request, claim, purchase, or use a credential to attend a Philadelphia Is Love live event, including rooftop Cultural Pregame experiences at Avira at Schuylkill Yards or other disclosed venues.

2. Active Production Environment
YOU ARE ENTERING AN ACTIVE LIVE ENTERTAINMENT AND MEDIA PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT. Photography, videography, audio recording, livestreaming and broadcast production may occur throughout guest areas. See Venue Filming Notice and Media/Appearance Release.
3. Eligibility; 21+ Events
Where an event is designated 21+:
- Minimum age 21;
- Valid government-issued photo identification may be required;
- Admission may be refused without adequate ID;
- Alcohol service, if any, is subject to law, venue rules, responsible consumption, and refusal of service for intoxication;
- Not all Philadelphia Is Love programming is 21+.
Age designation may appear in episode/event metadata and on-site notices.
4. Credentials and Security
Credentials are non-transferable unless expressly permitted. You must comply with ID verification, bag policies, security screening, restricted-area rules, and staff instructions. Prohibited: weapons, threats, harassment, violence, dangerous conduct, unauthorized commercial activity, production interference, equipment tampering, unauthorized backstage access.
5. Removal
Philadelphia Is Love Parties and venue operators may refuse or revoke admission and remove attendees for misconduct, violence, threats, intoxication, security risks, harassment, credential violations, production interference, or venue-rule violations, subject to applicable law.
6. Assumption of Risk
You understand live events involve reasonably foreseeable conditions including crowds, standing, walking, stairs, elevated/rooftop areas, weather, loud sound, lighting effects, temporary production equipment, event structures, interaction with other attendees, and live entertainment. You assume those risks to the extent permitted by law. This is not a waiver of liability that cannot legally be waived. PENNSYLVANIA COUNSEL REVIEW REQUIRED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
7. Food and Hospitality
Food and beverage may be provided by restaurants, chefs, caterers, or vendors. Disclose allergies to staff where feasible. We do not waive non-waivable food-safety obligations. Third-party providers remain responsible for their services as provided by law.
8. Medical Emergencies
In an emergency, follow staff and first-responder instructions, including evacuation. You are responsible for personal medical needs and medications. This Agreement is not a blanket medical release.
9. Personal Property
You are responsible for bags, phones, wallets, jewelry, coats, vehicles and equipment. Philadelphia Is Love Parties are not responsible for loss or damage except as required by applicable law.
10. Event Changes
Schedule, performers, guests, programming, weather impacts, technical interruptions, venue changes, postponement, cancellation and force majeure may occur. Refunds apply only if a stated refund policy or separate agreement provides them.
11. Media
By attending, you acknowledge filming may occur and agree to the Media/Appearance Release presented for acceptance. Featured participation requires additional release where applicable.
12. Liability and Indemnity
PENNSYLVANIA COUNSEL REVIEW REQUIRED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. Limitations and scoped indemnification in the Website Terms apply to attendance to the extent permitted by law and are not intended to waive non-waivable claims.
13. Acceptance Evidence
Acceptance is recorded with document version and content hash. Presentation telemetry may record load, visibility, scroll and acceptance timestamps as evidence of opportunity to review — not proof of comprehension.
14. Governing Law
PENNSYLVANIA COUNSEL REVIEW REQUIRED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. Pennsylvania law proposed, subject to counsel confirmation.
