Digital Avira Community Standards
Document: PIL-LEGAL-16 Version: PIL-COMM-2026.08.31-v1.0 Status: Draft — subject to licensed counsel approval Operating name: Philadelphia Is Love / PhiladelphiaIsLove.com Contracting entity: Ciright, Inc. Governing law (proposed): Commonwealth of Pennsylvania — PENNSYLVANIA COUNSEL REVIEW REQUIRED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
1. Purpose
These Community Standards govern conduct within Digital Avira and related Philadelphia Is Love immersive experiences. They supplement the Digital Experience Terms, Website Terms, and Privacy Policy. By entering a gated digital experience, you agree to follow these standards and applicable platform rules (including Sansar, where applicable).
2. Respectful Participation
Digital Avira is a cultural gathering space. Treat other participants, hosts, performers, staff and community members with respect. Disagreement is permitted; abuse is not. Do not use Digital Avira to demean protected classes, mock trauma, glorify violence, or create a hostile environment.
3. Prohibited Conduct
The following are prohibited where legally enforceable and operationally supported:
- Threats and violence — threats of harm, encouragement of violence, or simulated violence intended to intimidate.
- Harassment and bullying — repeated unwanted contact, insults, slurs, sexual harassment, or targeted abuse.
- Hate-based abuse — attacks based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or other protected characteristics where applicable law applies.
- Sexual misconduct — unwanted sexual advances, sexual gestures, sexualized harassment, exploitation, or grooming.
- Minors — any conduct that exploits, endangers, or sexualizes minors. Youth Lab and minor participation require separate Youth/Guardian documentation.
- Privacy violations — doxxing, sharing private personal information without authorization, recording others without permission where prohibited, or circumventing privacy controls.
- Impersonation and fraud — pretending to be another person, Philadelphia Is Love staff, a sponsor, a celebrity, or an emergency authority; scams; phishing; malware.
- Unauthorized commercial activity — unsolicited advertising, spam, pyramid schemes, or commercial solicitation without authorization.
- Intellectual property abuse — uploading or displaying content you do not have rights to use; trademark misuse; unauthorized use of copyrighted characters, music, or performances.
- Disruption — intentionally interfering with events, broadcasts, moderation, security tools, or other users' ability to participate.
- Unlawful activity — any activity that violates applicable law.
4. Immersive-Specific Harassment
In spatial and avatar-based environments, harassment includes conduct that would be unacceptable in physical space, including:
- Unwanted proximity — repeatedly moving an avatar into another user's personal space after being asked to stop.
- Simulated touching — gestures or animations that simulate unwanted physical contact.
- Following and surrounding — trailing another avatar, blocking exits, or forming a group to intimidate.
- Movement blocking — preventing another user from navigating freely in a persistent or targeted manner.
- Repeated unwanted gestures — continued gestures, emotes, or animations directed at a user who has indicated they are unwelcome.
- Sexual gestures — sexualized animations or conduct directed at another user without consent.
- Unwanted voice interaction — shouting, sexual comments, slurs, or sustained unwanted speech after a mute/block request where supported.
- Spatial intimidation — using scale, proximity, lighting, sound, or group behavior to threaten or coerce.
Where supported, use Mute, Block, Personal Space, Report, and Leave before escalation.
5. Personal Space and Consent
Personal space settings, where available, should be respected. Consent matters in immersive environments: do not assume that because an event is public, another participant welcomes close contact, private messages, voice chat, or recording. Event hosts may set additional conduct rules for specific sessions.
6. Avatars, Names and Presentation
Avatar names, images, and presentation must not impersonate real individuals without authorization, misrepresent affiliation with Philadelphia Is Love or sponsors, display hate symbols where prohibited, or use sexually explicit or otherwise prohibited imagery in public spaces. Counsel and platform rules may impose additional restrictions.
7. Voice, Chat and User Content
Live voice and text may be used in some experiences. Do not use voice or chat for threats, harassment, hate speech, sexual solicitation, spam, or unlawful content. User-generated content remains subject to the Website Terms license and moderation rights.
8. Recording and Publicity
Public events may be recorded. Your avatar, username, voice, or chat may appear in recordings, screenshots, or promotional materials subject to applicable notices and law. Do not record, stream, or rebroadcast others' experiences where restricted by event rules, platform terms, music rights, sponsor materials, or privacy law.
9. Reporting
If you experience or witness prohibited conduct, use in-experience reporting tools where available and contact Ciright, Inc. through published support channels. Provide as much detail as safely possible: approximate time, environment, usernames, and nature of the conduct. Retaliating against someone for reporting violates these standards.
We may warn, mute, remove content, remove a user from an environment, suspend, restrict, terminate, preserve evidence where legally appropriate, and cooperate with lawful requests. Continuous real-time monitoring of all interactions is not promised unless actually implemented and disclosed.
10. Emergency Language
Digital Avira is not an emergency service. Do not use immersive voice, chat, or support forms as a substitute for 911 or other local emergency services. If you are in immediate danger, contact appropriate local emergency authorities directly.
11. Enforcement and Appeals
Enforcement actions may be immediate where necessary for safety, rights protection, or platform integrity. Where operationally feasible, users may appeal moderation decisions through published support channels. These standards may be updated; material changes will be reflected in version labels and, where required, renewed acceptance flows.
12. Counsel Review
PENNSYLVANIA COUNSEL REVIEW REQUIRED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
